Jnana (pronounced "Jana") means “path of knowledge or wisdom” in Sanskrit and is one of the four main paths of yoga, posing the question, “who am I?” As we delve into our yoga practice, we begin peeling away the layers and becoming more aligned and in touch with our true nature or Selves. At Jnana Yoga we offer a full and holistic experience for all levels of practitioners, diving a little deeper into our yoga while exploring the physical aspect of the practice.
